What is LVMH?
LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, commonly referred to as the LVMH group, is a French multinational holding company and conglomerate owning dozens of luxury goods brands, fashion houses, wine and spirit brands, and other selective luxury retailing operations.
Who Owns LVMH?
LVMH is a publicly traded French corporation, listed on the Euronext Paris stock exchange.
As of December 31, 2021, the Arnault family, via the Arnault Family Group (the holding corporation controlled by Bernard Arnault) and various other holding subsidiaries, directly or indirectly holds 47.83% of the share capital of the LVMH group, and 63.78% of the voting rights. The remainder is held by individuals and institutional investors.
